First of all I would like to thank you for the purchase and registering to our Support System. If you have any questions or difficulties with an item, please read the documentation that included to your purchased file.

We only offer support for our themes and templates, features and functionality unique to our items. Please note that we cannot assist with general WordPress support or provide you with theme modifications and customizations in any capacity within our complimentary theme support.

Support Terms:

  • Before you ask, please check FAQ and Archive to see if your answer is already there.
  • Please verify your Purchase code. If you don't know where to find it please read more here.
  • Please open a Public Ticket if you don't have any sensitive information in it. Doing this you'll also help others with your question.
  • Average response time is less than 24 hours. In some rare cases the waiting time can be to 48 hours.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery and Wordpress is required. Lessons are beyond our support scope.
  • Providing specific support for third-party plugins is not included in our support.
  • Customizing theme is not included in our support.
  • Please open different tickets for different issues. If you include all of your issues in one ticket, we'll work on them and once all of them are done, we'll reply.
  • Please provide your site URL and WordPress admin account information in a private ticket. We need this on almost 50% of all tickets. So if you send them at the beginning, your ticket will be resolved faster as we don't need to reply to ask for these information.
  • Sometimes we need holidays like everybody else :)
